About Japanese Tennis
Everyone knows tennis balls are hard. But not all tennis has hard tennis balls.
In Japan there is a different type of tennis.Its called soft ball tennis.
The balls are different but also the racket, the court,etc.
The racket for instance, hasa different arc shape on the racket. Regular tennis,
is round on the top but soft ball tennis is kind of flat. The gut is fatter than regular tennis by x1.2'.Regular tennis Grip is slim on the sides but soft ball tennis racket is fat on the side and slim front-back.It's also lighter.
The balls, as another example, are made of rubber. Some of them are white and some of them are yellow. Hitting it with a regular tennis racket might be hard to go strait.
There may be many reasons why there is such thing such as soft ball tennis. In my opinion, I think because there was no hard ground at school so to do tennis as school activity, they had to make a ball that can bounce onsoft ground. That is why they made soft ball tennis.
There is also more different tennis around the world.But for now, because I am a japanese, I can only introduce only of which I know, and that is soft ball tennis.
