How to hold a forehand

1. First, put your palm that you are used to using on your gut. (The net where the ball bounces.)
The racket should be in front of your body. Your finger and your racket should be pointing up.

2.Bring your hand to the grip of the racket.

3.Grab it with your fingers from that position.

(Your palm should be parallel with your gut.)

How to Hit with a forehand (for right handers)

1.Go to a position where it is easy for you to hit.

2.Put your right leg back. Face your body to the right. Put your weight on your left leg.

3.Bring your racket back by drawing a circle.

4.Once you're in position and ready to hit, hit the ball where ever you like and bring the racket to your left shoulder. If you want it to go straight , don't lean back, lean forward!

How to Hit with a forehand(for left handers)

1.Go to a position where it is easy for you to hit.

2.Put your left leg back. Face your body to the left. Put your weight on your right leg.

3.Bring your racket back by drawing a circle.

4.Once you're in position,and ready to hit, hit the ball where ever you like and bring the racket to your right shoulder. If you want it to go straight , don't lean back, lean forward!

How to hold a Back hand

1.Hold the rim of the racket with the hand you are used to using (your writing hand generally).

2.Slowly, place it on the grip.

3.Hold the very bottom of the grip.

4.Do the same with the other hand but place it on the grip so there could be two hands on one grip.

How to Hit with a back hand(for right handers)

1.Go to a position where it is easy for you to hit.

2.Put your left leg back. Face your body to the left. Put your weight on your right leg.

3.Bring your racket back to your left hip.

4.Once you're in position,and ready to hit, hit the ball where ever you like and bring the racket to your right shoulder. If you want it to go straight , don't lean back, lean forward!

How to Hit with a backhand(for right handers)

1.Go to a position where it is easy for you to hit.

2.Put your right leg back. Face your body to the right. Put your weight on your left leg.

3.Bring your racket back to your right hip.

4.Once you're in position,and ready to hit, hit the ball where ever you like and bring the racket to your left shoulder. If you want it to go straight , don't lean back, lean forward!
