Hello my name is Michael and I go to Lower Canada College in Montreal Quebec. In my spare time if I ever have any I would normally watch TV, play with my Xbox or ride my bike. But at the moment I like to tune my robot that my dad and I have built about two years ago. Normally my favorite type of clothing is very casual and I don’t normally like to dress up in a suit and tie unless I have to such as school and formal parties. My favorite tech toy is my Xbox and I have already put quiet a few hours onto it. I don’t really have a favorite bag but I particularly like the golf travel bag that I use to carry my clubs on a plane to go were ever. It is also very good for long trips when you need to carry lots of clothes and other things of that nature. At school my favorite food on the menu is the smoked meat sandwiches and normally on that day the dessert is usually a chocolate chip cookie. My favorite book that I have ever read is the second Artemis Fowl book and my second favorite book is the third Artemis Fowl, well as you can probably notice I am a big favorite of the Artemis Fowl trilogy. My favorite sport is always a big dispute between Golf, Curling and Skiing. Even though I have skied since I was 2 Golf and Curling witch I have only started about 3 to 4 years ago are still my favorites.
When I was working on the GVC website design contest I learned a lot. The first and biggest thing is that I learned how to design and then construct a website and also the doos and don’ts of web designing. I also learned how to use Mac Computers effectively since I did not know how to use them previously. I also learned and perfected my skills in the many different programs that we used such as Dream weaver and Photoshop. Coming into this task I thought that I was pretty good with computers but as we progressed into more complicated work such as creating links and navigation bars.
