Hi my name is Howard. I am a boy of twelve years of age. My favorite sports are tennis, basketball and soccer. I play them all for several hours a week. I played on my school soccer team. Now I am on the basketball team. We are very good! I am the smallest on the team, although I do not mind. I also enjoy watching hockey, basketball and tennis. I am upset about the hockey lockout. I am on the debating team and on student council. My favorite brand label is nike. My favorite tech toy is an ipod and a computer. I like knapsacks that are blue. My school’s food isn’t the best, but my favorite meal is the hamburgers. My favorite book is Charlie and the Chocolate factory.

What I Learnt from GVC

I learnt a lot over the course of this project. I wrote about the charity, “Engineers Without Borders”. I learnt a lot about this charity. I also learnt about Dr. Seuss’ life and many other facts about him. My interview with the LCC librarian taught me that there is more to the job of a librarian then just lending people books. At the beginning of this project, I had very little knowledge of how to make a website or even just put content on a template. Now I feel very comfortable with Dreamweaver. The coolest thing I learnt was how to make awesome titles on a website. This whole project has been a very positive experience for me!
