Hi! My name is Daniel. You are probably aware that I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and that I go to Lower Canada College. I’m in grade seven and I am in Mrs. Peters’ English class.

I have various hobbies, which include playing basketball, tennis, talking and researching exotic sports cars, reading and collecting basketball cards.

I am also very enthusiastic about electronics, and always enjoy talking about new releases. Talking about tech toys, my favorite one would be the PSP(PlayStation Portable). It’s portable, sleek, and can even play videos and music. And of course, it can play games with great graphics.

My favorite type of clothing is basketball clothing such as jerseys and basketball shoes. My favorite backpack company is Oakley, and my favorite storage container is the useful Universal Serial Bus Portable Drive.

At school, I usually like to eat beef stew, which is served as a special on some days. My favorite schoolbook is Cue for Treason, a novel that was written in the 1940’s, but is a historical fiction based on Shakespearian times. It’s a great book, and it has a lot of thrill. Regarding sports, I can’t decide which I like more: tennis or basketball. I love playing both.

What GVC20 taught me

GVC20 opened a whole new perspective of computers to me: web design. Up until now, I always thought that building websites was an unsurmountable challenge. GVC20 game me the great experience of collaborating with other schools to create a great website. I really enjoyed working with my team, in addition to taking pictures and filming videos. I thought this project was really awesome, and I want to participate in this contest again in the near future.
