1dl olive oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato pulp
300g of patatoes
2 slices of any fish
coriander
1,2l water
some slices of bread
Preparation:
Put the olive oil in a pan and let it get hot.
Add the onion and garlic chopped, cook for a while.
Add the tomato and the pulp, then the potatoes cut in several bits, the
fish and the coriander.
Add salt and pepper and pour the water and let it cook for 30 minutes.
After the first 15 minutes take the fish out and clean it from bones.
Mash all the ingredients
After that join the fish sliced
