The hobbies that my fellow students and I thought of are hackey sack, skateboarding, collecting cards and car models, legoes, books, listening to music, art, television, hiking, and stained glass.

Skateboarding really started in Santa Monica, California. Here in Flagstaff, we have 2 skate parks.. There are some really cool skateboards which are sometimes called decks. It is easy to find a deck that fits your personality. There are special skate shoes that you can wear. Somewell known skate shoes brands are Airwalk, Vans, Vision and Etines.
There are different types of skating styles. There are many tricks you can do on a skateboard. I think it is a great hobby it can keep you busy for long periods of times while you arelearning how to balance,stand on a board and learn tricks. Here in Flagstaff, Arizona many people who go to my school skate.

We have lots of hobbies because there fun like skateboarding because its like surfing on the street. We play video games because we like a challenge and to challenge others. Another hobby in America is hacky sack or foot bag. Hacky sack or foot bag is process of kicking the foot bag back and forth between a group of friends, you do not use you hands during play.
Some things that teenagers in Flagstaff like to do are hang out at the mall. The mall is a place were you can eat shop, play video games, sit and talk with friends and watch movies. We also like to snowboard, ski and roller blade, listen to music (mostly punk rock or rap), and go downtown (a place were there is a bunch of stores) in downtown you can walk around or shop. The Arizona Snowbowl is where we ski and snowboard is just a couple miles away.
