remembrence day

we celebrate remberberence day to remember those who died in the 3 wars, world war 1,world,world war 2 and the korean conflict. we wear poppies to symbolize the area where so many men died. our families celebrate rememberence day by always wearing poppies, and by remembering those we loved and that have passed on.

an iteresting fact is that there are only 2 people alive at this time who fought in the world war 1, their average age is 102. we celebrate rememberence day on november 11th. remberence Day is a good day to be Thankful for the freedom we enjoy in our country. people in ottowa and in cities all over Canada have huge ceremonies to remeber those who fought and died for our freedom.
