Food

What is something you need to survive? Here’s a clue, need a menu?

Well, food is the answer and we do need it to survive. Down here in Port Dover, we are famous for our perch and fresh fish. We have many restaurants and there is many restaurants around the world. We also have grocery stores and many, many more, but these are our food stores. One of the nicest to go to for fresh food is the market. All 3 cultures have markets, but we here in Dover use our's less than in Japan. This is a shame. Maybe it is because our culture has moved away from this kind of shopping. Our lives seem to be too hectic.

For example:

Canada: Erie Beach is a very beautiful, fill you up restaurant with an awesome view of Lake Erie, The Arbour is a have to go now, fast food restaurant, Willies is a treat yourself and eat desert restaurant, Knectels is a sit down and eat fast food restaurant.

Arizona: Eddies Mattneys is a good eating place, Golden Greek is a romantic dinner restaurant, Chili’s Grill and Bar is well a grill and bar.

Japan: McDonald’s is a fast food eating place with sometimes even a play place in it for little kids, Omicho Market is where you would buy all of your groceries from.

These are just a few, there are many, many more.

From Japan, Canada gets sushi and rice. From Arizona, Canada gets tostito chips and many, many more. They have the same food as Canada.

Now everyone has a special yummy kind of candy from their country. In Canada, we have juicy fruit gum and mentos. In Arizona, they have jolly ranchers and butterfingers. In Japan, they have yummy mouth candies and chocolate. Although everyone has chocolates, well who wouldn’t?! All over the world, everyone has a very nice restaurant to eat in. It may be an expensive one but you can still eat there. Here in Canada, we’ve got candy and food from Arizona and Japan.

Here is a few things we got from them.

Japan: We got mouth candies, other candies, little brown vegetable balls and many, many more. We also got two dolls from them to take pictures of us kids and the dolls to put onto the website.

Arizona: We got tostito chips, jolly ranchers, butterfingers, little animal cookies, and many, many more. We also got two dolls to take home and take a picture of us with the dolls.

Well, I hope you liked my report about food from Canada, Arizona and Japan.
